Refund policy
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or other proof of purchase.

Please note that returns will only be accepted if you have notified us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept items returned to us without a prior request.

Damage and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If an item is defective or damaged, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can investigate the issue and find a solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable Items
Certain items are excluded from return. These include, in particular:
perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, or plants)
custom-made items (e.g., personalized or specially ordered items)
Personal hygiene or care products
Hazardous substances, as well as flammable liquids or gases
Please contact us if you have questions about a specific item.
Discounted items (sale items) and gift cards are also excluded from returns.
Exchanges
Direct exchanges are not possible. The quickest way to receive a different item is to return the original item. Once the return has been accepted, you can place a new order for the desired item separately.
Statutory Right of Withdrawal (European Union – 14 Days)
Consumers within the European Union are entitled to the statutory right of withdrawal.
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day
on which you or a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (deesight berlin gmbh, Grolmanstraße 32–33, 10623 Berlin, Germany, email: shop@deesight.com) by means of a clear statement (e.g., via email) regarding your decision to withdraw from this contract.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you cancel this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive notification of your cancellation.
We will use the same payment method for this refund that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you. Under no circumstances will you be charged any fees for this refund.
We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods—whichever occurs first.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period expires.
You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for testing their condition, properties, and functionality.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you via email whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be automatically processed via your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that depending on your bank or credit card company, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
